TSASS is always looking for good talent to help us with our traffic safety projects.

Currently we are seeking applications for the following positions:

Oracle Developer:

This position can be either part time or full time.  The position will be assisting in the development of Oracle database applications for both internal and external use.  Applicants must be US citizens with at least a strong knowledge of relational database / SQL knowledge.  The individual will be using Oracle 10g Forms, Reports, PL*SQL and Portal tools to provide internal staff with data editing and analysis tools as well as web-enabled tools for our clients.

This position can be filled by a student who is within a year of graduation working part time or by a full time individual.  Salary will be based upon part-time or full-time status and existing skills.  We are less concerned with past work experience with Oracle than ability to learn quickly and become productive.  However, demonstrated knowledge of the above Oracle tools is a plus.

This position is usually open for discussion at any time.

Traffic Technician:

We are always looking for good people to assist with traffic safety data collection, cleanup and analysis.  Applicants should have good clerical, technical and verbal skills.  A working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel and Word is essential.  These positions are usually hired as full time although there are at times needs which can be met with part time employment (at least 25 hours per week).

Administrative Assistant:

TSASS is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to provide clerical, client relations and administrative support to the TSASS staff.  This person will be our "up-front" receptionist as well as primary contact for user support questions from clients who subscribe to our safety data portal.  This person may be expected to provide on-site training for clients in advanced Access, Excel as well as the use of our traffic safety tools.  The individual will also assist the Fiscal Officer with time sheets, accounts payable and accounts receivable using QuickBooks.

Application Process:

Individual interested in employment at TSASS should provide a current resume along with a letter of application stating why they feel they would be a good addition to our staff to rpaddock@tsass.com.  The letter of application should clearly stare availability (full time or hours available if part time) and any relevant prior work or educational experience.  Include in the subject line: "Job Applicant for XXXX Position" so that it can be forwarded to proper staff for review.
